Breeze...

I attended a football game recently. The weather was warmer than you’d expect. As I was standing there watching the game the sun was bearing down on me. Then the sweat started to pour. At times it would break my concentration from watching the game. The team I was rooting for was in the lead so at one point I thought I’ll just leave and ask someone later about the score. Then all of a sudden a cool breeze began to flow; Ahhhhh...just the relief I needed! I said to myself I could stay and watch til the end as long as this breeze keeps coming through! As I’ve journeyed through this life there were times when things seemed so bad that it was if someone had turned up the heat on my world! I’d lose focus because of the situations I was facing. Wanting to quit, let go, or even give in. But in-spite of how I felt God had a way of letting me know I’m here...I got you! Ahhhhh...I’m so thankful that God breathes on me! I am grateful for every breeze he sends my way! I’m not leaving the game but I’m here to witness a WIN!
