Joy

The Joy of the Lord Is my strength! The Joy of the Lord is my strength! That is MY Scripture! It’s the one that gets me through. It’s the one that reminds me that I’m strong! As long as I have Joy, I have strength! There have been days when it seemed like I just couldn’t get it together but I would say that scripture over and over, louder and louder! And yes sometimes I’d say it til the tears were flowing down my face! But the more I would press and the more determined I was to do the will of God the more it seemed as if I needed that verse! The devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy! And without question he had come for MY Joy! But I had a verse to fight back! A verse that I could speak over myself! Now don’t get me wrong there are a plethora of other verses that I speak over myself but that is the one that I’ve needed in this season of my life. I can’t tell you what you’ll need to get you through. But find a scripture; repeat it, write it down, and even post it on your mirror. Do whatever you need to do to Encourage Yourself! #joy
